Warm welcome at this inn...

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely owners. Good communication before we arrived to notify of a 70th in the restaurant. Not a problem as we were going out. Room was nice - not massive but clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom, also clean. Breakfast was really nice - I had a full english which was really nice and friend had eggs benedict which was also lovely. Property has lovely views situated as it is on the top of a hill.
Disliked: Nothing really. Is a mile out of town, and the walk back is up a steep hill, but didn't trouble us.

Liked: Alan, Sue and the team do a cracking job of looking after their guests. We were made so welcome and they couldn’t have been more hospitable. Everywhere is clean and well maintained to a high standard. Meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were all exceptional and cooked with fresh ingredients. We loved relaxing by the fire with a glass of wine.
Disliked: There’s nothing not to like.
