Liked: Very close to the train station, there’s a real luggage storage (a room !) and the staff was amazingly nice. Very clean and spacious.
Disliked: A bit noisy even though my room was at the end of the corridor.

Overall good and good location.

Liked: Most of the staff was quite friendly and knowledgeable
Disliked: Some of the staff seemed to be slower and more focused on their phone.

Overall, I was very pleased...

Liked: I loved everything about the room, the view, the location, and the check in personnel were extraordinary. They took their time, was customer service friendly, and did not rush.
Disliked: The only bad experience my friends and I had was at the bar (black short guy with dreads and glasses) on the roof top. He was very rude. He totally ignored my friend when she tried to place her order. The food was not good either.

Ice cold room, deafeningly noisy...

Liked: Our room was 59 degrees at check in and it took two engineers to fix the problem. For the next four hours the room was so cold that we wore our coats—not exactly ideal for what was supposed to be a romantic one-night getaway. There was zero offer to move us, or to compensate us, and when we returned from our dinner (room finally above 68 degrees) there was a deafening party in the lobby that we could hear very audibly upstairs. We would not have minded the night time noise except that the hotel seems completely not interested in helping guests enjoy a comfortable evening’s rest. We won’t stay again and we will warn friends against the place. No decent hotel should give anyone a room as frigid as ours was.Update: at 1pm the day after we checked out, I was contacted by guest services, who stated that she offered us Hyatt Loyalty Points for the inconvenience. So I guess if you're okay freezing for hours for a few loyalty points, then by all means stay here. But don't expect a refund or a new room if yours is terribly uncomfortable.
Disliked: Heat would have been nice.
