Not worth the money

Liked: Great location but that’s about it.
Disliked: This place is not worth the money. The front desk staff couldn’t help adjust a reservation except when their manager was in at inconvenient times, despite it being a busy weekend. Everything seemed poorly managed and therefore uncomfortable as a guest. For example, lines of cars would get stuck trying to leave the parking garage until a staff member could use a fob to let them out, despite having paid. The room was extremely basic and I saw some suspicious hairs in the bathroom. Given that we paid $300+ per night, I was extremely disappointed.

Would not stay again

Liked: The staff at check in seemed lost. The shower head did not work properly and no hot water on a very cold day. Also the room does not feel private because the way the windows are, it seems like people can see from the outside. The room did feel clean.

It was a disappointing girls...

Liked: There was only one employee we saw or interacted with at the front desk, it seemed as though she was the only one working there. The room was very outdated - towels smelled strongly of vinegar-lights outside of room blazed all night long lighting up room even with the shade pulled- there was a splattered stain on the wall in our room that looked like a crime scene we brought to attention of the one staff who said after we leave she would have house keeping look into it? The pollen collected around the furniture pool deck should have been swept or wiped up making pool time a muddy yellow disaster area….in the morning the reception area looked like an after party that was still not cleaned up. Paid wayyyyy too much for this stay and left very disappointed.
