Overall, I was very pleased...

Liked: I loved everything about the room, the view, the location, and the check in personnel were extraordinary. They took their time, was customer service friendly, and did not rush.
Disliked: The only bad experience my friends and I had was at the bar (black short guy with dreads and glasses) on the roof top. He was very rude. He totally ignored my friend when she tried to place her order. The food was not good either.

Ice cold room, deafeningly noisy...

Liked: Our room was 59 degrees at check in and it took two engineers to fix the problem. For the next four hours the room was so cold that we wore our coats—not exactly ideal for what was supposed to be a romantic one-night getaway. There was zero offer to move us, or to compensate us, and when we returned from our dinner (room finally above 68 degrees) there was a deafening party in the lobby that we could hear very audibly upstairs. We would not have minded the night time noise except that the hotel seems completely not interested in helping guests enjoy a comfortable evening’s rest. We won’t stay again and we will warn friends against the place. No decent hotel should give anyone a room as frigid as ours was.Update: at 1pm the day after we checked out, I was contacted by guest services, who stated that she offered us Hyatt Loyalty Points for the inconvenience. So I guess if you're okay freezing for hours for a few loyalty points, then by all means stay here. But don't expect a refund or a new room if yours is terribly uncomfortable.
Disliked: Heat would have been nice.

Overall, it was a decent...

Liked: The hotel was clean, very nice and the staff was friendly. We brought along our puppy and she was very comfortable.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is in a very busy location. The parking is on the side of the hotel in a parking garage and you have to pay $25 a day to park.

Nice facility, great location, but...

Liked: The facilities were nice, especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the igloo experience. Location in relation to DPAC was perfect.
Disliked: However it was crazy loud outside all night long while we tried to sleep. It sounded like a car accident or race track all night long (11pm-2pm ant least) and we were unable to sleep. I do not think we would choose to stay there again because of how insane the noise level was.

Liked: Wife loved the Greek restaurant attached to the hotel. Great location.
Disliked: Check in. Person who checked me in fielded several calls during the process. Got soaked for $ 50 parking fee (25 dollars a day). Hotel requires $100 incidental deposit via credit card which takes several days to refund to your account. Our poolside view turned out to be a wall with a large fire extinguisher on it. Workers gathered at the bar near the pool and were very loud several times during our stay. No microwave in room. Cleaners in parking garage used blowers to sweep and covered our car in dust.
