Liked: Clean. Good location.
Disliked: The air conditioner seemed to not be working. When I called to let them know up front they offered to move our room BUT the distance from our room to the office was far enough to get back in the car and drive back to the office so we decided to turn it to on, and go on with our evening. 5 hours later, we came back and it was cooled off enough to sleep so we stayed but if you'd like to actually feel air coming out - not going to happen! Older hotel.

Everything in Hotel was busted...

Disliked: I didn't like that everything was busted up and I had cockroaches in my room for $70 a freaking night. And the Magnetic strip for the door leading into the building was busted too. I paid $70 a night for that when it should have been $40 a night. Fancy Wi-Fi does not distract from the fact that my room was an absolute shit show

Decent price for what I...

Liked: I liked the price of the hotel and the staff was nice and easy to work with.
Disliked: There were considerable stains on the curtains, the screen on the window was missing and the window wasn’t secured. Every hotel I’ve ever been in has had windows you could only open a few inches, the one in my room was able to be opened completely. I liked the price, so I’ll probably stay again in the future, but the rooms and property seem to need a bit of work

The worst place in Fresno

Liked: Horrible, dirty, weird and bad energy. Please don’t stay here.
Disliked: The receptionist rude, angry and unprofessional.

Disliked: When I got there the lights weren’t really working , there were roaches, and the first room i originally got booked in the bathroom ceiling started leaking so bad That we had to be moved to another room shortly after arriving. The second room was a little better than the first one but there were still roaches.

Would not stay again.

Disliked: Keys didn’t work even after going back to get cards magnetized again. The second time I went back, they gave me a different room and only one of the two keys worked. TV is so messed up with lines where you can’t make out a thing. Everything is just old and run down. There were stains and burn holes in the bedding. Building doesn’t feel secure because the stairway window is open and the screen is broken where someone can climb in.
