Disappointing

Liked: I liked the overall look of the unit. It was a nice place with updated appliance (the few it had). Free laundry facility on site
Disliked: Owner communication was horrid, no cooking ware, no utensils, never received WiFi passcode, no Roku remote for tv, towels were wet upon arrival , no dish cloths or wash cloths, grass out back had not been cut in weeks, bed was broken. Myself and guess tried many means of contacting owner and property management. Would not recommend

Liked: Nothing. Didn’t even get to stay there. I have a refund issued to my account.
Disliked: The location was HORRIBLE. The photos of the property were catfished. The rooms I’m sure were nothing close to what the pictures showed as I seen people with their doors open and it was like drug central. Definitely not a recommendation for staying in Tampa. The price is not worth it. We didn’t even get into our room after calling and texting for a door code. I ended up having to take me and my children elsewhere at 2 am

Liked: Nothing I never received access
Disliked: I was scammed out of my money.

Disliked: I had never been so disappointed with an accommodation like this, we were so happy because we were going with children and everything in the photo looks beautiful, the thing is that when you arrive you have an incredible surprise, those photos are a scam, nothing you see is true says smoke-free and the first thing you smell is smoke, super dirty sofas, garbage in the bathroom, messy beds and the sad thing is that they charged us for cleaning that was so funny

Roaches in both places ,...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Roaches in both places , switched my room riches in the second place , the AC did not work no hot water , and the door didn’t lock at the first location before I was switched . Staines on the sheets and unmade bed at the first room very unclean and not presentable and I still have and kept pictures.

Not what the brochure said…..

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the ACs worked well.
Disliked: The level of misleading info in this listing is absolutely insane. There were a total of 2 towels (both were wet), zero rags, zero extra sheets or blankets. Thankfully wal mart was nearby. In general the unit was clean except for below the surface. And the cost is $177 per night after taxes and fees. The pictures aren’t even close. Photo of crack in sofa below.

Pleasant

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds enough space for everyone very quite
Disliked: From the time you book not very good communication on door lock code I was given two different door code which both worked for two different units not safe

Ratatouille!!!!

Liked: The location. Everything you need is close by.
Disliked: The property looks like it was condemned a few months ago. When you turn on the faucet the water comes out grey for a few mins. We had the AC hanging off the wall. Old food in the cabinet. Dirty wet towels everywhere. And yes there’s mice. There’s mice in the kitchen and the rooms.
