Liked: Nothing like the picture shown on Booking.com dirty smelly the towels had stains on it. The sofa had cigarette burns on it the toilet was only half way built. There was no full toilet walls had holes in it chip paint one of the bed was broken. Very opposite from the pictures.
Disliked: Everything the bed, the toilet, the bathroom, the atmosphere the smell

Disliked: I booked this for my tenant who needed somewhere to stay while his apartment was being remodeled following damage from Hurricane Milton. On his second evening, someone tried to enter his room. He felt very unsafe and therefore left the premises and reported it to me. He would not go back. I immediately tried to contact the premises, to let them know what had happened and ask for a refund, but no-one answered the phone, and the voice mail box was always full. I phoned daily. I reported it to Booking.com and you couldn't get in touch with the facility either and passed the problem back to me. I have since spoken to a lady at university Serenity Suites twice, who promised to get back to me, but never did. My tenant only stayed one night, and I had booked 18. Then they had the audacity to send me an email saying that they hoped I enjoyed my stay!!!!! No-one answers the phones or emails. PLEASE TAKE THIS PLACE OFF YOUR LIST OF PLACES YOU ARE OFFERING TO BOOK ... THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISGUSTING!

Liked: I liked the overall look of the unit. It was a nice place with updated appliance (the few it had). Free laundry facility on site
Disliked: Owner communication was horrid, no cooking ware, no utensils, never received WiFi passcode, no Roku remote for tv, towels were wet upon arrival , no dish cloths or wash cloths, grass out back had not been cut in weeks, bed was broken. Myself and guess tried many means of contacting owner and property management. Would not recommend

Liked: Nothing. Didn’t even get to stay there. I have a refund issued to my account.
Disliked: The location was HORRIBLE. The photos of the property were catfished. The rooms I’m sure were nothing close to what the pictures showed as I seen people with their doors open and it was like drug central. Definitely not a recommendation for staying in Tampa. The price is not worth it. We didn’t even get into our room after calling and texting for a door code. I ended up having to take me and my children elsewhere at 2 am
