Disliked: it wasn’t the property it was the roomdirty the counter tops dirty i cleaned them with lysol wipes keep getting bitten by something left at 10 pm. didn’t even stay a the whole night

Liked: The courtyard was about the only nice feature
Disliked: Horrible absolutely horrible beds so uncomfortable and old very old furniture and tvs and the microwave was gross

Disliked: TV wasn’t working, phone in room wasn’t working to call front desk. Bed wasn’t stable if you weren’t laying right in the middle the bed would lift off frame.

Amazing stay as usual

Liked: 1. Customer service, had an issue with the heater and they were quick to inspect it and move me to another room. The maintenance worker even turned the heater on in the new room to be sure it worked properly before moving us.2. Flexibility-I usually get to the hotel the morning g of checkout and they are always accommodating.
