In general, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Between the breakfast, shower head and the cleaning staff in my room WAY too early it was very disappointing to say the least. If I ever come back to Portland, I will be staying somewhere else!

Disliked: The cleaning staff was in the room cleaning at 9:40 am. I had to ask her to leave - she scared my fiance by just coming in that early. The breakfast was shut down before it was supposed to be. I was there at 5 til and all food was gone already! The shower head was worthless - it didn't even difuse water. It was like not even having a shower head!

Very reasonable for what you get; close to food carts etc. Portland is a great town.

Nightmare hallways and broken door...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Upon arrival the hotel smelt like smoke. I shared my concerns and was told immediately that I would not get a refund. Then was told yes there is breakfast but no eggs or meat. That was the whole reason I booked here. Then after getting back after dinner at 10 pm I noticed my bottom floor slider door lock was broken and anyone could have walked in at night through the back slider. I was very uncomfortable and could not wait for the sun to rise so I could leave. Felt trapped and duped for quite a large price per night charge. Also was asked for $75 for damages upon checking in on top of all that. I was afraid they would take my money.

Disliked: Cleanliness,There were ants all over the floor in the bathroom and carpet. Felt gross sleeping there, but we checked in late. Most of the breakfast was near is expiration date. The pancake maker was nice.

Liked: Nice place and wonderful front desk people. The lobby was very nice and clean.
Disliked: The carpeting in the rooms need to be shampooed. It was black around edges and was gross. Be nice if the fridge has a freezer compartment.Paying for parking wasn't something I expected or liked.
