In general, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Between the breakfast, shower head and the cleaning staff in my room WAY too early it was very disappointing to say the least. If I ever come back to Portland, I will be staying somewhere else!

Disliked: The cleaning staff was in the room cleaning at 9:40 am. I had to ask her to leave - she scared my fiance by just coming in that early. The breakfast was shut down before it was supposed to be. I was there at 5 til and all food was gone already! The shower head was worthless - it didn't even difuse water. It was like not even having a shower head!

Very reasonable for what you get; close to food carts etc. Portland is a great town.

Overall it was a pretty...

Liked: Location was good, right in the middle of restaurants and bus station is right out front of the hotel if needed to use Was a decent place to stay after a long car ride from Vancouver Canada. The staff was great to provide resturant choices to go to (killer burger was highly recommended ) The beds were very comfty , overall it’s a decent place to stay with free breakfast!
Disliked: Breakfast could have had more choices but didn’t matter to me that much. The carpet in the rooms and bathroom needs to be redone as it looks like it wasn’t updated in a long time

Disliked: Only disappointment since I have stayed here dozens of times was that the great hot breakfast I enjoyed for years has turned into a continental one like everywhere else.

Hotel needs to update rooms

Liked: The staff was very kind. Location by mass transit was a plus, but instead I walked because it was a beautiful day.Bed was comfortable. The coffee was good
Disliked: The breakfast was quite bland. There were ants in our bathroom. I was shocked that there was no vent in the bathroom. Something was wrong with the lights on the desk, but I was not going to crawl around to figure it out.
