In general, I wasn't very happy with my stay. Between the breakfast, shower head and the cleaning staff in my room WAY too early it was very disappointing to say the least. If I ever come back to Portland, I will be staying somewhere else!

Disliked: The cleaning staff was in the room cleaning at 9:40 am. I had to ask her to leave - she scared my fiance by just coming in that early. The breakfast was shut down before it was supposed to be. I was there at 5 til and all food was gone already! The shower head was worthless - it didn't even difuse water. It was like not even having a shower head!

Very reasonable for what you get; close to food carts etc. Portland is a great town.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the location was accommodating for our visit to OHSU for medical purposes.
Disliked: 1.The staff refused to give us our medical discount because we used booking.com2.We had to pay a cleaning deposit for which we still have not been refunded.3.Had to pay for parking in their parking lot.4.The heater in the room was so loud you were unable to leave it running while watching TV or while sleeping. Every time the fan came on it smelled like smoke.5.No fan in the bathroom.6.There was no info in the room for television or other accommodations offered such as when breakfast was served or info on close by restaurants.7.Continental breakfast was subpar at best.

Very decent comfortable and well-located...

Liked: Central courtyard, quiet from city noises, helpful staff, convenient location for public transport, free breakfast, good wifi, clean, decent amenities, real mugs and glasses, good water pressure, fast hot water
Disliked: Thin walls with neighboring rooms, minimal fitness center, dated, very soft mattresses, have to request room cleaning, strong chemical cleaning smell

The hotel was very disappointing...

Liked: I liked the complementary breakfast
Disliked: Rooms were very outdated, beds were hard, slider door to the balcony did not close all the way, and the coffee machine barely works.

Liked: Property is right at location.
Disliked: No clean bedsheets
