Don't stay there!

Disliked: There were dead bugs everywhere; drawings on the walls; stains and burn holes on sheets. It was so gross that we left without staying the night. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We have stayed here a few times but this is the first cockroach we have encountered.

Liked: The owner (or manager?) was super nice and the fact that it is right across the street from the Senator Theater is a huge plus. I can live with seeing one cockroach for the price. We weren't expecting a five star hotel.
Disliked: A cockroach came running out of the Kleenex box in the bathroom.

Its location to downtown Chico...

Liked: The location of the hotel and size of the room. It accepts pets. The key worked.
Disliked: The hotel is extremely outdated. There was graffiti in the kitchen area, the TV only had one channel. The bed was extremely worn and sagged in the middle. The blanket on the bed had a burn hole. The towels were extremely old and worn out. The exterior lights wouldn’t always stay on and the approach to where the room was located could be extremely dark.
