Liked: The price was great for the night. We were in town for a concert at Save Mart Center so being right across the street was really nice. And the price per night being so close to the venue was great.
Disliked: Asked for extra towels and extra pillows and the staff kinda didn't want to give them to us, but they did bring them to our room. No breakfast was served. It looked like the lobby was getting upgrades, so it was kinda ugly looking at the time, due to the changes. But understandable that that will happen at times.

Liked: The room was clean and nice. Parking was easy

I recommend staying here if...

Liked: The best prices for hotels in Fresno. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, but with a separate deposit for each pet. My favorite part was the fridge.
Disliked: During check-out, they had me wait while they checked the room before refunding me the damage deposit. The only complaint they had was one of their towels being dirty, which I used to wipe water off the floor; I’m still confused about that. The only complaint I have is the shower water pressure.

Liked: The area was the best part of my whole stay.
Disliked: I didn't like the staff very bossy and rude and had no customer service skills at all. Roach's we're all over and all they said was to take pictures. But what about the rest of the night I sure didn't want to take any home with me. Unsatisfied by far.
