Liked: Everything was great except the person on the receptionist the first day, she was very arrogant and impolite. We paid 500$ more than agreed with booking.com and she wouldn’t listen to us .

Very nice place to stay...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for anybody that needs to go to Duke as it is while being distance from the hospital.

Location, location, location

Liked: Check in was smooth. The room was very quiet and away from noisy areas, as requested. The location is perfect for our medical appointments and surgeries/procedures at Duke Hospital.
Disliked: Would love to have breakfast included in the room rate, which is something we look for in a hotel near the hospital.
