Liked: Price
Disliked: The walls are thin. I didn’t have a good night sleep, Television infomercials playing till 2:30am. You can even hear the people in the next room getting up in the night flushing the toilet. I realize the room was inexpensive but the pillows were very lumpy.

Liked: It was nice, cleaned and staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing about this place I did not like

Location, location, location

Liked: The hotel location is perfect for our Duke Hospital appointments. Even though we checked out, the hotel allowed us to park our car in their lot until our appointments at the hospital. Having a refrigerator was great, too, because we had our own breakfast prior to checking out.
Disliked: Nothing

Very good

Liked: I liked the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to where I needed to be (Duke University campus), on a on-call basis. This was very helpful as the hotel was located in a residential area.
Disliked: I waited for the shuttle for over 30 minutes; it turned out that the shuttle had waited at the hotel backdoor, but the receptionist did not tell me that (I was sitting in the lobby the whole time). When I asked the receptionist about why the shuttle has not arrived, she said she was not responsible for the shuttles. It would have been nice if the shuttle ran during the weekend as well.
