We enjoyed the location, slept...

Liked: The room was good. good size. decent decor , clean and comfortable . Bathroom was nice and clean. good shower pressure. breakfast was good and tasty with lots to choose from . helpful staff . we will go back at some point and stay there again
Disliked: nothing wrong with the hotel . lots that can be different but thats a matter of personal taste .

Perfect luxury in Cambridge!

Liked: Outstanding breakfast. Both buffet and to-order. We booked room with breakfast. Had two dinners at hotel. Restaurant meal exceptional! Second night we ate at bar (burgers) to enjoy the Friday night live jazz. Great evening after sightseeing. Room beautiful and quiet. This is a lovely property and right next to bus stop to/from train station
Disliked: Nothing!

Welcoming concierge, Disney style hotel...

Liked: Room, general presentation, American style attention to detail, car park, expensive but excellent.
Disliked: Bar and Bar snacks, the service needs to be quicker and menu less pretentious, offer straight forward fare and descriptions. The staff do their best, but food delivery is poor and over priced for what it is.

Well located, and comfortable but...

Liked: Great location, comfortable and well appointed rooms (if a bit compact).
Disliked: Room service food was very expensive and average at best. £5 for a small dish of cocktail olives (contrary to the description on the menu) at the bar! Breakfast was underwhelming.

It couldn’t have been better.

Liked: Great central location. Breakfast was great, so much choice and good quality products. It was my birthday and there were extra treats, very nice/kind. Midday checkout very much appreciated. Everyone friendly, a lovely relaxed vibe in the bar in the evening and relaxed buzz at breakfast. Highly recommend, felt like a real treat.
