The room was nice but...

Liked: Cleanliness & friendly staff, overall was a pleasure atmosphere.
Disliked: The safe failed twice as it was corroded from the inside on arrival showing Low Battery & needed the whole door to be replaced. The night before leaving the battery was low again, stressed as out as our passports were inside it, needed these for travelling back home to Sydney Australia.

Great stay with our youth...

Liked: Location was great, very close to the parks. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Great value! Starbucks and breakfast were great. We had a big group and we really enjoyed the lobby space as a meetup area.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like.

Great place for family, ideal...

Liked: Suite were very big, kitchenette very handy to have meals with kids. Pool was nice and heated No resort tax bonus
Disliked: Breakfast was additional cost to property, ride share pick up point was confusing for uber between the 2x hotels Surfside and Dockside Was cold in Jan - would be nice to have doona on bed rather then sheets but the hotel provided us with blankets - just minor thing.

I would never stay there...

Liked: Nice gym, staff tried to be helpful
Disliked: Paper thin walls . I could hear everything even the conversations from upstairs like everyone was in the room with me.Sheets and linens were never changed during the week I stayed there even when I requested it.Food prices were hyperinflated at the hotel restaurant and store.
