Liked: Excellent location if you plan to visit Universal Studios in Orlando. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly swimming pool. Available breffasts. Friendly staff

beautiful place.

Liked: We didn't get breakfast-wasn't aware of any. The staff is excellent. Natalie helped us with a couple problems successfully.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. Wish we could have gotten a Florida resident or AARP discount. Think Parking is a bit high with the room reservation.

A good deal for families.

Liked: The location was excellent for going to the theme parks. It was nice to have rooms that fit families (although this is the norm in Orlando). It was clean and seemed to be well run. It’s also walking distance to several decent restaurants.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t heated and there was no hot tub(so surprised about that one!). The restaurant food was forgettable but the breakfast was pretty good.

A well-thought-out and enjoyable stay

Liked: A special shoutout to the hotel staff—they were very polite, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel itself was really convenient, and we especially enjoyed the pool. Everything felt well thought out, from the poolside towels to the shuttle service to the Universal parks.
