We’ll be back (if Trump...

Liked: Love the shuttle and the kitchen in our suite. Also loved the pool and staff.

Liked: close to the universal park, shuttle buses.
Disliked: We paid for 2 bedroom suite and it wasn't 2 bedroom suite. It is 1 bedroom suite with beds in the living room without couch. So you can't go from 1 room to the bathroom without interrupting guests from 2 bedroom. Because it's not a bedroom - it's common area with dining table and beds. You should change text information when sell these rooms!

Nice convenient room for family...

Liked: Not enough clothes hanging space , no hook or racks for drying towels . Basic cleaning , floor was not mopped the whole week we were there .

Superb

Liked: Friendly staff and restaurant and shop had good selection and reasonably priced. Shuttles were excellent very handy and never waited more than 5 minutes
Disliked: Bathroom very dated and in need of some repairs

Liked: Affordable, clean, decorated well, Starbucks and hotel cafe on site and convenient shuttle to Universal
Disliked: Nothing I can think of
