Liked: Great location. Fab Facilities on site, canteen, Starbucks, swimming pool. Free shuttle to universal studios. Staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean.
Disliked: Daily room cleaning was sub-par. Our sheets were not changed in 12 nights. The floor was not swept. Dirty towels were left behind the bathroom door 3 times. Floor towel not left twice. Toilet paper not stocked up twice. Fixing the beds was just the top sheets and pillows, never the bottom sheet.

Liked: Great location, ease of check in and check out, great shuttle service to park, friendly, helpful staff. Plentiful parking, great amenities
Disliked: Seating at elevators and outdoors along sidewalks near parking lots. The hotel corridors are very long and older folks get winded. Safety bars in shower would also be helpful. Four people in a Queen double room with only one chair, cute but not very comfortable. I also would have loved a higher thread count sheets. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were not.

Liked: Accessibility to the park,the room size and the food court.
Disliked: Certain parts of the hotel needs updating like the carpets, the plumbing was a little rough when turning on the water faucets.
