Liked: Very, very busy. Chaotic. But, even with that, every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food in the cafeteria was surprisingly good, and a better value than we found at the parks.

Liked: Dockside inn is in a fantastic location, close to international drive and provides free shuttle buses to universal city walk and theme park.Has everything you need. Check in took for ever, queued for over 30 mins to check in and waited till 5pm for the room to be ready.Shame about the minimal sounding proofing used when building the hotel, rooms are very loud can hear other rooms and kids running up and down the landing.I had a suite room with plenty of space, however they are designed for 6 people, not nearly enough hanging space from clothes.

Liked: Really good experience and great facilities only issue we had was not enough towels provided in the room only three towels for group of five we did ask for more towels and they were provided the following day however the next occasion was again only three towels.

Liked: Check-In line was jammed we had to wait at least an hour to reach the check-in desk. If there is anything that could be done to make this process much quicker I would highly recommend.
