Very nice resort with many different things to do. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great food options. Only downside with our stay was the parking. Electronic gates were not working using room key and cars were getting backed up trying to come in and out of the resort. Also I was charged twice for a daily parking pass.

Cabana Bay stay

Liked: As a boomer, the resort brought back a lot of wonderful memories visiting Florida as a child. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly.Check-in was a little slow as there were only 2 people. The staff was very helpful during the process. A sign in the lobby said to text us for fast check out at the number I received various texts from. It was about 10 minutes later, I received a thank you and have a safe trip. No link to a receipt. I did go to the counter check out because of the lack of text information.

Liked: Excellent amenities for families with kids. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t refreshed. Even when we asked for service we had to empty our wastebaskets ourselves and got pool towels for our showers. The sink in our room gurgled all night waking us up. Also for some reason our phones and iPad which usually charge in a couple of hours took overnight to get to only 80 percent.
