Not for me

Liked: It was close to attractions and we could walk to Universals gate.
Disliked: I did not expected much from this hotel, because these hotels around amusement parks are not here for your absolute comfort. But I felt miserable here. Like if you come here you are already miserable and do not deserve better.At the start we were informed that there is no king bed room, so me and my husband have to have a two queen bed room.At the bar, you only can drink your martini from a poor plastic cup. Or your wine.The room is like someone designed to make you feel more miserable. The warderobe handle so sharp it cuts your leg, there is no light switch, instead you have to figure it out that you can switch of the lamp with an Ipad. lol. When you finally switch of your lamps, it turns out that every single thing in your room has an incredible blue led light on it.You also not deserve to have a duvet, you only get a super poor blanket. It was so uncomfortable that we left a day earlier.

Acceptable aside from a lack...

Liked: The hotel is well located near the universal parks and the convenience of being able to walk over to the Satfire Falls hotel to take the water taxi to city walk was great. I also appreciate how seriously the hotel staff took my food allergy at the hotel dining areas.
Disliked: I had high expectations for the room's cleanliness when I booked given its high rating on booking.com but it was not what I would consider clean. Sure they may have tried in some main areas of the floor and desk but there was a sticky residue on the floor near the desk, yellow/orange stains (in water drip patterns) on the bathroom door and walls, the walls, lights, edges around the bed, and corners of the room were covered in dust/dirt, and I had to pull other people's hair off my sheets when I inspected the bed. To be fair the towels were clean as far as I could tell. I did try to communicate some of the issues to the front desk staff and the sticky spot was cleaned but the other issues remained.
