Liked: Clean efficient friendly helpful,
Disliked: we wasted over an hour on arrival with the staff who tried to get the a/c to work. just had to open the window. other than that it's a nice place.

Nice Hotel right in the...

Liked: Location. The hotel is directly in the center town of Saint Raphael. Restaurants, shops, beach are literally 5 min walk from the hotel.
Disliked: I definitely did not like, the parking. I made a reservation based on the filtering with "Parking". Once at the hotel, I got to know that the hotel had no parking, and they only meant that there are some parking nearby. Which means either parking in the street, which is almost impossible because of lack of free space, or pay 14€ (winter rate) a day at one of the Saint Raphael Public Parking.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: For the price, one would expect a prime hotel with great restaurant food/ options. However the rooms are "roomy" but dark, no special amenities. Breakfast has only a few options. No pool, all the saunas/massages are offered at higher cost. Overall very disappointed by the extremely high cost for no good reason.

Good place for sleep.

Liked: Clean , simple and spacious room. Matilde, the girl at the desk , was really nice. Close to railway station and center of town.
Disliked: Not a 4 star hotel as seen on website. Design of room was not updated.

Excellent quality, don’t hesitate to...

Liked: Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. We booked a studio type of room, which was super fine and spacious (there is separate toilet from the bathroom), the bed was very comfortable, we could sleep well. We also liked the blackout curtain, which together with the shutter blocked out the sunlight totally. No noise came from the neighbouring rooms/ street, so the soundproof works well. At last, but not least I have to highlight that the staff was very kind and helpful, even when we arrived late at night for the check in, the lady welcomed us with a smile and we felt like they really would like to make our stay great, and they did! :) Thank you for the nice experience.
