Great experience but pricey

Liked: Cool idea and the tents were beautifully appointed and comfortable. Good facilities with fire pits and grills available. Nice common area with microwave
Disliked: As many reviews state, very close to the highway so truck noise is quite loud throughout the night, bring ear plugs if a light sleeper. No real good options other than some grab and go items. Really need to go into Moab for dinner if you want something nice. Can’t keep food in your tent due naughty raccoon so they loan you a chiller bag to keep in your car. This worked fine.

Neat experience but way overpriced...

Liked: Loved the lobby and friendliness of staff. My kids adored all the cute activities/smores/watercolor painting/scavenger hunt! Neat experience but I left feeling a little silly paying this much for a tent (no bathroom, just basic tent -in Mount Rushmore they have bathrooms/showers in your tent). Great location, just if you’re used to camping like us, you’ll be wondering why you paid for this when it’s free and even more beautiful/remote down the street . But to each their own!
Disliked: No real food options for dinner or lunch…you need to drive 20 min to Moab for food each time which is a drag with the family, (at other under canvas locations they have a full restaurant in the lobby).

Incredible - I'd definitely recommend!

Liked: Staff was AMAZING! Best customer service I have experienced maybe ever. Always a smile and a helping hand! Facilities were clean, scenery was unbelievable. Bathroom in our tent was worth every penny. Loved the focus on sustainability. Perfect in every way, except the highway noise (see below).
Disliked: The highway noise did have a little impact on sleeping. I like that they have earplugs handy (and I did not use them, so that may be on me). I did not notice it except when all was quiet and trying to sleep. That being said, the experience was worth it and use the earplugs!

An experience below our expectations.

Liked: The property is lovely with beautiful views of the surrounding areas. We had a tent with the private bathroom. The tent appointments were lovely. The bed was comfortable. The common area had fire pits for s’more roasting in the evening as a young lady was singing. This experience exceeded our expectations.

Great experience and views

Liked: The safari tents feel luxurious - beds are really big and you have a private deck. The staff are super attentive and everything was very clean. You get given an ice cooler for any food / drinks you have, there are free ice lollies and smores, and a light program of other activities you can do (something each evening eg arts and crafts, star bathing, music etc). Great access to canyon lands. FYI you will need to drive to Moab for restaurants.
Disliked: For our tent, the sound from the highway carried, but I think that will be the case anywhere around Moab, and they do provide earplugs. Still slept well. Just adding for any very sensitive sleepers.

Fantastic experience

Liked: Fantastic location (despite being near the road). You want for nothing here. Great reception then taken to our tent and helped us put all our stuff in the buggy right up to our tent. Mist systems to help with the hear, fans inside the tents, batteries to charge your phone, etc. Little porch is very cute to be able to enjoy the night sky. Bathrooms are great, warm water and great shampoo (my hair was soft for days). Great activities suggested, lovely smores around the fire which got cut short due to high winds but continued to chat inside around a little fire. We loved it!
