Very good

Liked: Felt very secure, comfortable beds. Great location while exploring UNCC.
Disliked: Noisy people next door… woke us up at 4am.. called the front desk. It took about 45min to resolve. I felt it could have been dealt with faster. Wi-Fi was an extra charge. Would be ideal to have at least coffee in the lobby in the morning.
