Great hotel, very accessible, with...

Liked: Staff was friendly, the room was great allowing to stay with our kid in a very comfortable way. The Wellness area is great and Gym too! The breakfast was also very tasty and complete in terms of choices. I really recommend Una hotel for a stay in Milan!

Not the best experience.

Liked: In general it is a well maintained building, but nothing luxurious or modern. The terrace is great.
Disliked: Staff, organization and it’s as Id expect it form this hotel

Good family facility despite the...

Liked: The Hotel was in the perfect location for travelling to Doumo and Cantral FS station. Restaurant pricing was very good.
Disliked: The Hotel had a peculiar smell, particularly on the fifth floor beneath the restaurant. The Restaurant needed to be pre-booked but on arrival was overcrowded, and took 1 and a half hours for dessert to be served.

Very good

Liked: Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: Halls and elevator are very small. Metro noise is constant in rooms.
