Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delightful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the spa center was included in the price. This thoughtful addition greatly enhanced my experience and allowed me to enjoy a more relaxing journey. I made it a point to visit the spa center every day. The location is quite favorable, characterized by a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. You'll find a variety of renowned brands within easy reach for your shopping needs, and the main shopping district is conveniently located approximately a 35-minute walk from here.
Disliked: The walls are relatively low and may benefit from improved sound insulation. I've witnessed some background noise coming from the adjacent rooms, both above and beside, which can be a bit distracting.

Very good

Liked: Very clean and good location. (Yes, you can feel a slight rumble of tubes underground, but not an issue).
Disliked: Bed mattresses were very hard by UK standards, but clean and in good condition. Bar in lobby, not always staffed and barman would often disappear for 30 minutes at a time during shift, getting you to pay before he left, making you feel you should leave. People left standing at bar with no idea when he would return.

Clean but old, great location

Liked: Location is really good. Near metro (use the app) and good area, lots of shopping options that my 13-years old loved. Bartender served with brilliant customer service
Disliked: A bit old, but cleanness is more important. Pool was cold, so cold that we didn’t want to use it. Breakfast was ok-minus.

Liked: Overall, it's a good hotel. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are around the hotel. It's approx. 15 minutes drive from the Milano Central train station Rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained, but corridor carpets are very old. Amazing view from the rooftop.
