Liked: Beautiful hotel - I appreciate the style and attention to details everywhere, including the lobby and the bar. We got a free room upgrade to an excellent room, but photos of other rooms look similarly nice, and they have really thoughtful and eye-catching design, with a lot of practical details that make staying there really pleasant. Location ain't bad either, it's 20-30 minutes walk to the city center.
Disliked: Staff was... weird. Not quite "unfriendly", but almost so, compared to any other place in Toscany we were at. Bar was barely attended (as in: eventually somebody took our order, served us and disappeared again; tried on two nights).

Explore Firenze (Florence)

Liked: Good choice for stay in Firenze. Room and bathroom very spacious. Parking available at the hotel. Helpful staff.Breakfast OK. Large comfortable bed. Competitive price.It's a bit of a walk to the attractions of Florence but it's quite a pleasant walk (we walked along the river).
Disliked: All OK.
