Liked: Good hotel for the price during Christmas Season. Good parking. Good breakfast. Good for dogs.
Disliked: Location is not so convenient to walk into the centre. Room style very old fashioned. Noisy....doors are not closing well.

Liked: Love the hotel, perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff. Welcome us with beautiful simle. I request early check-in since I arrived early to Florence, without any additional cost, they confirmed that my request approved. They provide us with an amazing 2 rooms connected, since we went their with our 2 children. Wonderful rooms, corridors with lovely doors. Breakfast were included with amazing variety of food. I recommend the hotel

Ok hotel in walking distance...

Liked: Ok location The reception staff thought we didn't speak italian so continued to speak to each other about personal stuff and work related tasks that i found very unprofessional in a hotel Breakfast fas great and the staff in the Breakfast rooms was great and professional.
Disliked: The rooms are in serious need of maintenance broken items, tacky decorating and need of fresh painting.

Loved Florence, Hotel was ok...

Liked: The staff on check in were great. The room was as expected. The breakfast was ok but the staff in the breakfast room were great. I used it as a base to sleep and it served its purpose to see the beautiful city of Florence. The price I paid was good, and I if I wanted to pay more I probably could've chosen a hotel closer but the distance from the city wasn't enough to stop me doing everything I wanted to do.
Disliked: The location is not good, it's a 25 - 30 minute walk to any of the attractions in Florence. Uber / Taxi's are pricey so it will cost you €25 to go from the station to the hotel. Room was a bit run down and in need of some TLC, bathroom was small with a pretty iffy colour scheme.
