Good

Liked: Lavish interior decoration, a little distant from main attractions. Breakfast reasonably good, staff pleasant and professional. Quiet. Reasonably quick wifi.
Disliked: Minor functional issues in the room; shower water leaves a large pool of water on bathroom floor, tap leaked, hotel was kept uncomfortably warm.

Very good

Liked: Good hotel for the price during Christmas Season. Good parking. Good breakfast. Good for dogs.
Disliked: Location is not so convenient to walk into the centre. Room style very old fashioned. Noisy....doors are not closing well.

Liked: Love the hotel, perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff. Welcome us with beautiful simle. I request early check-in since I arrived early to Florence, without any additional cost, they confirmed that my request approved. They provide us with an amazing 2 rooms connected, since we went their with our 2 children. Wonderful rooms, corridors with lovely doors. Breakfast were included with amazing variety of food. I recommend the hotel
