Liked: Perfect Location close to Porta Romana - Duomo is at walking distance, many restaurants in the area
Disliked: all good!

Disliked: Breakfast - eggs and sausages were cold . Fruits were rotten .

Nice for a short trip

Liked: Spacious room and big comfortable bed. There was no electric kettle in the room which we saw in the photos, neither bathrobes mentioned in the list of services/ description of the superiour double room. So we had to ask for them at the reception, where we were treated as if we asked for a not deserved priviledge.
Disliked: Heating - air conditioning. It was too hot in the room and it was impossible to regulate the heating manually. 2. Bathroom needs to be renovated. After you take a shower, the water is always on the floor. Little glass on the side does not protect. 3. Shower gel /shampoo & hand cream with a strong herbal smell was more suitable for men. 4. Limited choice of salty dishes and yogurts for breakfast. No omelette, budget sausages. But OK in general.

Liked: Clean, modern, big rooms. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. We got birthday cookies, which was a surprise and beyond expectations.
Disliked: A little far from central tourist spots by feet

Good location for touring Milan

Liked: The location was perfect for our trip, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and the QCtherme spa is literally on the doorstep!
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t great but there was enough to choose from, the hotel was a little dated and the air conditioning didn’t work.
