Liked: Great location for my event at the Maryland Club. The room was small but comfortable. The front desk staff were great.
Disliked: The Ash Bar restaurant was somewhat disappointing. Their hours of operation and menu for breakfast were confusing particularly for the weekend. The staff at the restaurant were very nice but the delay in getting served was poor every morning. One in our group was very unhappy with his room and checked out after one night.

It's like going back in...

Liked: Everything! It's an Italian Renaissance revival meets Edgar Allen Poe type atmosphere. The vibe of the low lighting, the quality of the furniture in the room, the uniqueness of the little details and touches. Enjoyed a few cocktails in Blooms (Studio 54 meets the Shining) and chatting with the mixologists and brunch! Would absolutely love the chance to stay again!

Liked: The location was great, love the interesting room decor, and the bed was Extremely comfortable. Down side is there was no free coffee in the room ( you can buy downstairs at the cafe) or mini-fridge. Oh and bonus you can use the gym about a block away ! Lots of cute food / drink places nearby, and happy hour in the downstairs bar too.

Liked: Funky decor, brilliant water pressure in the shower, and the perfect space for a comfortable night.
Disliked: Heating system didn't seem to include air con so the room got a little stuffy.

Overall a special hotel stay...

Liked: Fantastic decoration style, great bars at the lobby floor! All washing products smells great!
Disliked: The light was not bright enough, there was only half of the glass block in the bathroom, water spills out easily and felt cold while taking a shower
