Disliked: The rooms are a bit tired, the bedding is low grade including the worst pillows we have ever slept on.

Liked: the location is great, just a 5 minute walk to central Broadbeach, it is very quiet, on the river. We had the option of a light breakfast included in our room rate, which you could get from the onsite cafe. Our room on the 3rd floor was nice, spacious, clean, a large bathroom, a very comfy bed, and it overlooked the pool and river.

Overall was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Great location. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Easy check in process and parking was included. Lovely view of the pool and the river.
Disliked: Nothing much. They were fixing the building’s air conditioning for the first 2 days. So it was very hot and humid staying in the apartment in the first 2 nights. Also, on booking it did mention a welcome breakfast basket? We didn’t get anything.

Disliked: Room could have been cleaned a little better - fridge smelt and dust etc in cupboard where broom was located.

Liked: Great sized rooms. The kitchen had all the utensils, containers etc that a family needs. Great facilities -heated spa a bonus
