Liked: I had a great experience staying at this hotel, despite some of the recent negative reviews. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent — very close to both the city center and the beach. Room was very clean, and the shared areas were spacious and well-maintained. I also appreciated the shared kitchen facilities, where we could cook and enjoy our own meals. Overall, it was a very positive stay and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an affordable and comfortable place

Liked: "I had a very unpleasant stay. The rooms were extremely cold, and the heating system wasn’t working. Cleanliness was also a big issue—there were stains on the sheets and dust all over the floor. When I reported these problems to the staff, no one took responsibility and they just kept passing me around. I definitely do not recommend this place. It was a really disappointing experience."

Liked: On arrival we were told we couldn't have our small chihuahua dog stay at the hotel, yet I confirmed in advance that if it was a pet friendly hotel. I was told it would cost £10 a day for the dog, my wife and I was offered 2 single rooms. I'm a registered disabled person i have slipped discs nerve problems also heart failure, I was given a room on the third floor and the lift didn't always work so I had to use the stairs in extreme pain. The bed wasn't comfortable had a worn mattress the bathroom was dirty the sink would get clod up. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone Ted at the reception desk was polite and helpful but the owner was very rude basically he's attitude was take it or leave it. There were people in the corridor at 3am talking very loudly making our dog bark.
