Nice place, but unhappy with...

Liked: Bathroom lockes did not work. Our lodge was attached to a second lodge, which is not described in the listing. We were directly accross the parking, where parking was a disater and very noisy at times. The buffet for new years eve was overpriced, and did not meet our expectations ($35/child for mac n cheese and hot dogs). We later discovered that we were charged twice for the room stay.
Disliked: Faculty at front desk was not knowledgeable about customers who booked with Booking.com.

Liked: Facility is super clean and all the friendly staffs made the stay so warm and relaxed!
Disliked: For people who’s sensitive to noise, the thin wall of the cabin might be an issue.

Liked: The staff really go out of their way to make sure the guests have a good vacation. They’re very kind and responsive. The facilities are really clean and well maintained. The rooms are also quite well maintained. The property is very close to the lake and also close all the attractions near by.

Liked: Beautiful facility and buildings. Lots of activities for kids. Enjoyed Bingo night, and playing tennis, and a bit of golf.
Disliked: No kitchen in the 2 bedroom chalet
