Exceptional

Liked: I am very satisfied, everything was great. The location is great, almost all sights are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and smiling. I highly recommend. I would come back again.

Great Hotel Great Location

Liked: Great Hotel perfect location for everything. Reception staff were very helpful special thanks to Lada and Lukas for all of their help and recommendations. Spotlessly clean. The night club underneath the hotel recently renovated was also a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The bath with overhead shower is quite a large bath to climb into when you are small, not sure if maybe a small step could be provided.

Liked: Breakfast had very poor choice, and it was all chaotic. Empty trays food not replaced, even though early on in opening times. Coffee machine running out seemed to cause real problems. Gluten free bread provided on three mornings but not the next.

Liked: Location was very good
Disliked: Old furniture and worn carpet. The room was too hot. We had to unplug the tv as it kept turning on randomly.

Location and breakfast is good....

Liked: Location is super and the breakfast is testy. Staffs in the afternoon are helpful as one of them (a man) help us to deal with the big luggages so that we tips him with thank you.
Disliked: The hotel facilities are clean but quite old. There is no lift so that people stay in the high floor should consider the size of luggage taking to the hotel.

Liked: I liked that we were able to change our booking at the last minute due to plane cancellation.It was lovely to get the macaroon surprise from reception for my daughter’s birthday.
Disliked: I don’t know why I paid more for the 2 nights. I was quoted $1050 AUD per room per night for 4 nights. The other room that stayed 4 nights paid that amount, but our 2 night stay cost $790 AUD. I believe it should’ve cost $525 AUD & don’t understand the extra charge as we were told it was for just the 2 nights without penalty for cancelling the other 2 nights.

Great stay in Prague

Liked: The character, the breakfast was amazing and the statues scattered around the hotel had lots of character
Disliked: It was a bit noisy when we arrived but we also didn’t realise our room was above the music club.
