Liked: It was clean...as I saw the reviews i was uncomfortable going there but i already paid. I was surprised by the cleanliness, towels were changed every day, the beds were also made. Breakfast is very modest. The only thing I missed was the friendliness of the staff, hardly anyone noticed you walking by the reception, without greetings and kind words as if they were on mute mode.

Disliked: I’ve traveled with my elder mother and I had to carry our suitcases up the stairs coz no one offered to help and is no lift in a hotel. Breakfast was poor with one choice of coffee and stuff wasn’t the most friendliest and on many occasions we weren’t even acknowledged to even say hello. I will never come back

Liked: Location is excellent . Rooms were cleaned every day.
Disliked: Reception staff is not very helpful. Had two superior rooms booked and was to be given one room in the older part of the hotel, and one in the newer part we were a group of five and had booked accordingly. The girl on Reception was not offering g to correct the booking, it took us being quite firm to have our original booking adhered to. Breakfast was quite poor, not a lot to choose from. The coffee sachets in the rooms were€1 each! And there was no milk if you did choose to make one.
