Great location, good breakfast, not...

Liked: Eccentric, great location, good breakfast
Disliked: They advertise a sauna and whirlpool for their guests and option for late check out on weekends. However the sauna is in a weird dingy room and you have to pay 20 Euros for them to turn it on. They seemed really disinterested in me using it. I asked for late check out and they said maybe, I needed to check with them that morning. Not knowing when you have to check out until the day your leaving defeats is logistically not helpful. They charge for everything in your room, even cheap coffee and tea. They charge 2 euros for a nespresso pod coffee in your room.

Great location

Liked: Perfect location for discovering the city on foot, the hotel staff is kind, rooms are spacious and clean, ours even had a balcony. The building has a special atmosphere. Breakfast is quite rich, they even serve little sandwiches. There is a bar in the restaurant. You must visit the park with the peacocks on the opposite side of the street, it is stunning.
Disliked: The nearest parking garage is on the other side of the bridge, you can not leave your car on the street. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but it was ok for two nights.

Nice antique decor, simple but...

Liked: No lift in the property which was a problem when going up or down with luggage. No tea bags in the room, only coffee pods were available. Charging points were not working in the room and IWas shifted to another room. One of the male staff at reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful when asked simple questions.

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel, the location, the friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, the decor, the breakfast was fresh and tasty and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in any hotel.
Disliked: I would have preferred if there was an option to get tea/coffee during the afternoon.
