The hotel is in a walking distance CUNY Graduate Center (2 minutes!). My room was great, very clean, and then provided water every day, coffee (for coffee maker) and cookies. It was a very pleasant stay with very friendly front desk staff! I come to the CUNY quite often, so next time I will stay again at this hotel!

Liked: The front desk person (Carlos) was very attentive, polite and helped me calling a taxi. The cleaning ladies always very kind and smile. The room was very clean and organized.
Disliked: My room had a very small window located in a corner, so it fells a bit claustrophobic and dark. I saw they have other rooms with much better light coming in, so it seams to be a matter of price or lucky, do not know.

Disliked: This hotel is a poor value for the money. They refused to do a price match for a duplicate booking that I had at the same time that was a few hundred dollars less. In addition, they quoted me a price for a taxi back to the airport in Newark that they said was similar to what a Lyft would cost. When I got there, the driver told me that it was going to be about $20 higher. I would’ve taken an Uber or a Lyft.Also, as others have stated there is no lobby, no closet in the rooms, no restaurant or bar. The rooms are small. I have several more trips to New York planned as I have family there. But I will not stay at this hotel again.
