Liked: The hotel location , very clean ,beautiful view , room very nice , the staff was lovely as well.
Disliked: The service to the terrace was very slow and staff was very nice but a bit confused of what’s going on we had to wait long time for our drink

Liked: Nicely decorated hotel with up-to-date amenities close to the harbour where I had a business meeting. Breakfast was served at the table and was very good.
Disliked: The receptionist doubles as a waiter in the restaurant, so the reception was often unnamed during the day. It took a long time to find someone for both check-in & check-out. We also had continuous trouble with bedroom door keys not working anymore (3 times in 24 hours), incl. when arriving the evening after dinner and reception being closed. Had to wait till my partner arrived a few minutes later to get into the building & the room.

Liked: Good location by the MAS museum, nicely decorated, well stocked mini bar, lovely spacious shower
Disliked: Marks on the walls, sink was dirty, tap was coming away from the wall, cold tap came out lukewarm, room was dark (not enough lighting)
