Irresponsible staff at check-in/out

Disliked: They overcharged me and did not even bother to reply to my messages…. I try to contact them, but still pointless. They first tried to charge me more than I booked for at check in. Knowing this I qsked for the bill at checkout. They gave me my bill at checkout where everything is correct, but when I check my credit card, I see that they charged 20% additional amounts…

Terrible Service

Disliked: The housekeeping is absolutely abysmal. All towels had hairs in them even new fresh ones. We recieved the room with hairs everywhere and after the "cleaning" we notice surfaces weren't even wiped or cleaned at all. The room service is terrible as well, I had to wait for more than half an hour for a cup of tea and didn't even arrive. We had to ask twice just to get new towels after we asked them earlier in the day for house keeping and they didn't show up. Appealing service from such chain!
