Too noisy bad attitude just...

Disliked: Poor attitude and only 1 option to choose for the breakfast they don't let you pick the dessert from the menu if you order breakfast and also very noisy as the rooms are essentially on the road and very close to each other so you hear everything from the road and from the other rooms

Nice hotel with great view...

Liked: Beautiful view on the lake.The room was cozy and clean.There was a hairdryer available.The breakfast was good and abundant.At the dinner I really liked the lamb.The great plus of the hotel is the staff: they were all welcoming, nice and helped us to solve some problems we had with the door
Disliked: The room has no mini fridge to keep our food cold for the walks. The door was not working really well(but the staff helped us with it). The bathroom had quite a stench in it.

WOW what a great place...

Liked: What an amazing location - right across the road from the lake. Our room (though small) was quite pleasant, comfortable bed, shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. The meals (we had dinner and breakfast here) were great, Staff quite friendly - a pleasant overnight stay, but we could have stayed longer if time permitted.
Disliked: The room was very compact - with not much room to move around. This is the only fault I can think of for this place.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great here views the staff the facilities location all 5 stars in my eyes no complaints
Disliked: The only minor bad point was food as not to the quality for the price example being a Welsh wagu burger which was like eating a cheap frozen burger full of had chunks of fat not like real wagu. So value for money on food only is my only dislike.

Scenic weekend retreat

Liked: Stunning location, loads of beautiful walks nearby. Rustic features of the old building brought to modern standards. Super comfortable room, warm, clean & gorgeous hard wood furniture. Food was delicious highly recommend the sea bass & brisket! Lots of choice for breakfast. Staff were lovely & very accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing…….

Loved it would book again,...
