Just a nice break.

Liked: Next to beachfront, sea view room, staff were helpful and of course the breakfast.
Disliked: The shower didn’t have enough pressure.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Myself and my partner stayed for 4 nights last week, and we can both honestly say that absolutely everything from the immaculate, hotel interior and room, right across the board to the comfort, the food, the evening entertainment, and all the staff including the owners, was exceptional, no complaints at all, we loved our stay at the tynedale hotel, we would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the very near future, also the Christmas decorations inside and out gave us a real winter wonderland feeling, a massive well done

Liked: The welcome was very warm. All the staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very tastefully decorated, the outside terrace area extremely inviting. The breakfast menu was extensive and all cooked to order. The evening meal was a very high standard. The staff were attentive. The bar and sitting areas were very comfortable. The entertainment was very good.
Disliked: We had the junior suite which is accessed from the car park. I would have liked a mat on the inside to wipe feet. I would have liked my towels to have been changed every day, although when I did ask for a new towel it was provided immediately. There were no glasses provided in the room, and the plastic glasses which were there when we first arrived were not replaced after the first day. I would have liked a small fridge in the room.
