Very disappointing for the money...

Liked: Food excellent , staff lovely
Disliked: Not given the rooms we had booked, my 94 year old mother had to walk to and from the hotel quite a distance and over very uneven ground. We had booked courtyard rooms and where put in what they call garden rooms and where unable to move us. Rooms were very tired looking, light issues, small bathroom, shower far too low, tried to overcharge us

To expensive for what they...

Liked: Location was outstanding
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit of a joke. We had almost to pray to get a simple croissant which was not available on both date at the buffet. Breakfast a la cart was really poor quality. They charge 12£ for a crème brûlée not done at order. It came completely cold.

Liked: The best thing about the hotel, by far is the grounds in which the hotel is based. They are absolutely stunning. We spent much of the two days exploring the grounds. The food is also great. As is the pool.
Disliked: Nothing.
