Disliked: We were a little disappointed there was nothing to eat when we arrived but we went to the services nearby which was fine.The hotel is VERY clean, the staff were very nice, the breakfast was superb.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast as going to our daughters for breakfast with grandchildren. Bed very comfortable as in the caught a bug so stayed in bed Xmas day and Boxing Day
Disliked: I think staff training needs looking at. Not reception staff but bar staff and serving staff not very good at all. They were not attentive although the older lady Claire was trying to teach them what to do. There were 10 of us for an evening meal but not sure about your menu. I know you were thinking of Mediterranean but l just wanted soup but not the soup that you had. Please put a couple of British food. Thank you

Disliked: Location is not idea. Having use a busy roundabout/intersection to gain access to the hotel. The property is a purpose-built new hotel. However, the soundproofing is absolutely shocking and I had to enjoy the sounds of the people in the room about banging on the floor from early hours of the morning.
