Okay basic clean hotel, renovations...

Liked: Spa area had everything, sauna jacuzzi, kids pool, water temp nice.
Disliked: Lots of dust in dated elevator, some corridors poorly lit and narrow, Pool area badly in need of a revamp and painting. A bit of trek to town centre or other nearby pubs/restaurants. Bar in hotel very quiet, no customers, so wasn't enticed to avail of services. No shower gel/shampoo available in shower area in Pool area.

Very pleasant

Liked: Receptionist was just so lovely couldnt have done enough for us.
Disliked: I found the bar area very chilly had to leave my coat on but that could have been that I was coming down with a flu.

Liked: Location good we didn't have breakfast however the room was very comfy and warm and staff very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Decor. Hotel needs to be updated and business will thrive.

Liked: It was absolutely spotless clean
Disliked: We loved Madi a member of staff, so knowlegeable and so polite and couldn't do enough for us he is an absolute credit to the hotel, the breakfast was amazing apart from the scrambled eggs
