Liked: The property was beautiful and clean. It was spacious as well. We loved the views and the access to attractions nearby.
Disliked: I have stayed at several Marriott Autograph hotels and this was middle of the pack. For the price I wish this location had amenities like some of the other autograph locations—- like water bottle refill stations and coffee stations on each floor.The staff wasn’t the friendliest upon checkin until they realized I was a Bonvoy member. The bar was slow to serve. I also thought the bed was sucken in, still comfortable but my husband and I kept rolling into the middle all night.

Disliked: The security harassed my whole floor for one person smoking that wasn’t even with me

I was charged twice for...

Liked: The hotel is very nice and I have no complaints.
Disliked: The hotel charged me twice for my stay. When asked I was told it was an “erroneous charge” and had to wait 7 days for the money to be sent back to me. Sara at the front desk offered no assistance. Another lady attempted to get my money back and said it would be a few hours and I still have not received my refund.
