Disliked: Limited choices for food on the deck, all else was great. Bit expensive for a one night stay.

Very good

Liked: We love all the activities, the pools and the slides. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: The fact that for a family friendly resort, pushing a pram is quiet hard as there are just stairs everywhere. Even to get up to the restaurant, its all stairs and for a single parent that gets quite hard.

Liked: The staff at the deck were amazing
Disliked: Main look was shut and no one was told All theme parks were a let down and most rides shut I asked for a room without stairs as had 2 young kids was put on 3rd floor And went left a day early as was over was charged a cleaning fee for rubbish in room after was told it was okay to leave it there

Liked: Location. Over all resort was an amazing place to stay for a family.
Disliked: I was not notified that the main pool would be closed for 5 of the 8 days booked. Extremely disappointed.

Very basic

Liked: The pools were great for the kids. The deck was great for coffee and pizza.
Disliked: Our room was very very basic. There wasn't even a chopping board. No cushions on the couch, VERY basic amenities. For the price we paid, I would have expected to get at least separate shampoo and conditioner.. but it was a travel size 2in1. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience.

Not worth the costs involved,...

Liked: Pools - the ones that weren’t closed for maintenance!
Disliked: - Not clean, booger on the bathroom wall, dummy & toy car under a cupboard, lolly & chip packets stuffed beside couch cushion, floor so dirty had to wash feet before getting in to bed (shortly after showering too), dirt in the grout in the bathroom.- Screen door latch was not aligned, had to pull the door towards you for the latch to line up.- Could easily hear footsteps upstairs.- Guests above us were SMOKING which was blowing in to our kitchen, therefore had to keep the door shut at all times, so poor airflow during very hot weather.- Ceiling fan light did not work in main bedroom.- Musty smell in bathrooms.- Dishwasher smelt.- Television had limited channels, quite outdated and slow.- Children in the pool at 8:30pm slapping pool noodles, which I phoned reception and they promptly sorted that out for all guests disrupted by the children. - Full garbage down in the car park, stank like rotting seafood, absolutely delightful on hot days. - Narrow stairs for guests passing each other, with handrail only on 1 side.- No lifts, and being advised of this AFTER booking and payment. - Pool perfectly suited to our toddler CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE during our entire stay, which we were not notified of prior to booking and payment, had we known this we would not have booked this resort!If I could, I would demand a full refund, appalling.
