Adequate

Liked: Location good for our purpose but may not suit everyone. Quiet.
Disliked: Breakfast limited and not what we expected. Bathroom facilities dated. Hot water only lukewarm.

The room is not worth...

Disliked: The room and bathroom were very small . There was not a dresser , closet or a luggage rack in the room. It takes more than ten minutes for the the hot water to get up to the third floor.
