Disliked: Didn't stay. Initial phone calls (multiple) went unanswered. Cleaner gave access to another victim to reception and noticed me at the locked door and let me in. Was greeted by a lady via teams on a screen who looked to be somewhere in Asia. Doors are code lock which anyone that knows can open. Room was filthy, sheets unchanged from last visitor, hair all over bed and stunk of cigarettes. Turns out the cleaners a heavy smoker.. We could not stay as our children have asthma. My wife only stepped in and took photos and we left. We did initially complain to the cleaner who acted like she didn't know there was a cigarette smell. We also went back to the reception screen teams chat where they asked us to email them. We are sure it's their generic response yet we still emailed them. We also contacted booking.com to make them aware. This issue hasultiple complaints as we now see online. Looks to go as far back as 5 years or more. If a refund is not received I'll also review booking.com as the reviews don't reflect what we see or the reviews found on google.
