Liked: the hotel is nice, well maintained, spotless clean, room and bathroom were spacious.
Disliked: The reception.

Clean but not very friendly
Liked: It was very clean and the woman in the bar / restaurant was very nice.
Disliked: Some of the staff didn’t seem to be very customer service oriented or culturally competent. At breakfast, I asked for a milk substitute, and the woman kept making faces at me and saying: What, I don’t understand you??? it was a really negative experience. Also, the room was so hot. We slept so poorly and because there was so much noise outside we couldn’t sleep with the door. We were terribly uncomfortable.

HORRIBLE !
Disliked: Because of some train delays of last minute that I couldn’t predict, I came around 1 am at the hotel to finally access my booked room. Once in front of the hotel, I realised there were no one at the reception and the door was closed by key. I tried to call many times the reception which never answered. I contacted them by booking where they didn’t answered as well… booking sent them an email which they never answered. So I had to spend my first night outside the hotel where it was freezing and raining all night long. As a 4 star hotel I would have expect them to tell me the way to enter the hotel even if there were no one in the reception.. because yes, apparently there were a password to enter the hotel if you were to get in your room outside check in hours… Big Lack of communication, a simple Message telling me I can access the hotel and my room with this password would have avoid all that scandal. I spend all the night outside until 6 am where the personal of the hotel finally could open me telling me they should have tell me the password to access. So I’m asking for compensation/refund of my first night which I spend in the cold in front ouf the hotel on a chair. The second night was ok but staff said it was my fault if I couldn’t enter because I was outside the check in hours ?! isn’t it an emergency number that we can join in case of an emergency ?! It’s problematic. Never again. And please, I’d still like a refund for that first night I spend and went sick for the rest of my stay.
