2nd time at the lodge....

Liked: Breakfast was great! First day ordered off menu-great breakfast skillet. 2nd day was breakfast buffet. Convenient and very good.

Too much charge by Booking.com.

Liked: No breakfast and it is expensive in small room without wifi connection.
Disliked: The booking.com charged $50 extra. It could be cheaper to reserve at the Turkey Run Cabin directly.

Liked: Trails are excellent. Beautiful area.
Disliked: Heat was broken in the pool area and the pool was cool - big disappointment. No Christmas-time festivities like in the past. Nature center had no birdfeed out - no birds.

Disliked: I am being charged twice for one room. I am being told I did not show up when in fact we stayed. I updated the reservation was given a new reservation number with your booking service. This needs to be addressed.
