Liked: The room was beautiful, bathroom facilities excellent - hot powerful shower, bed was huge and pillows soft, mattress was a little hard so found uncomfortable sleeping on my side. The room was cleaned near daily and was spotless each time, teas/coffees replenished and stock checked. Main foyer and bar area was modern, clean and well presented. All staff were friendly, professional, smartly dressed and really showcased the feel of extra luxury with this hotel.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for my liking.Air conditioning in room not very effective, we were okay on the whole because came in Spring, but I can imagine would get uncomfortably hot in summer months.

Liked: The washroom was very clean and the rainfall shower was great …the downside on bathroom was no counter space …I could not imagine the issues if I’d been there with a wife or girlfriend. Room area was also very small and there was no closet or set of drawers at all only and open rack with a few hangers on it and so it was basically living out of my suitcase…as was the case with the washroom I just appreciated not being with my female partner who would have been even less pleased. Also of the 2 elevators to the rooms one was broken the entire time I was there and for part of my stay the service elevator for the cleaning staff and linen carts was also not working and those poor girls had to use the only elevator left working which was also the guest elevator. There were traffic jams. The staff, everyone I met were all wonderful happy people.
