Liked: the staff was so kind and nice towards us, bed and pillows comfortable and delicious breakfast. location is right at the center of lisbon without the stress of being downtown
Disliked: only negative thing is there are no sockets near the bed

Nice and clean, but noisy...

Liked: Rooms and all the other spaces are furnished in a stylish and enough comfortable way, also kept very clean (the cleaning ladies were very precise). The stuff was kind and helpful. Fine location.
Disliked: The overall impression, which was really good, was constantly disturbed by one significant defect - terrible "PAPERWALLS". The walls of the rooms are pure HPL (high-pressure-laminate) and despite the fact, that Booking shows "sound-isolation" as a part of equipment and characteristics for every single room-offer on the website, you hear litterally EVERYTHING from all your neighbours (left-right-under-above). (There was also no isolation on the windows to prevent the street noise.) And when I say everything, I mean it (walking, talking, hairdrying, moving things on tables, having sex...). It is almost impossible to take a good (or at least regular solid) sleep in this hotel without strong earplugs. Said as it is: the employees are doing their best, but this is really unpleasant and unimprovable...

Liked: The room was nice with this relaxing music playing ya could switch it off but I didn't and I think the soundproofing in the hotel was good as I barely heard a peep out of the other guests etc.
Disliked: very little comes to mind

Disliked: The beds are rock hard, the air con blows out hot air so the room gets really hot
