Liked: I picked this hotel for the swimming pool , when we arrived we were told it wasn’t open for the foreseeable future and no roof top bar , very disappointed.
Disliked: I could have been informed and chosen another property.

Liked: The Turim was an excellent base with which to explore Lisbon. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the breakfast was fabulous.

Liked: Extremely good service, good location for walking around the city and next to metro station, comments regarding metro station noises are vastly exaggerated - normal city noises (I am a light sleeper and did not bother me), also clean good size rooms. Have been staying in other 5 star hotels in Lisbon before, and this one did not dissapoint in any way.

Liked: Lovely hotel and very central.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Nice room, shame the floors are carpeted, there wasn't much space for clothes, just a wardrobe but no drawers etc.We enjoyed our stay, the only thing was that the rooftop was closed for renovation so there was no outdoor space to sit, also there was no way you could get a coffee if you weren't having breakfast as the bar didn't open till 3pm which was a shame, at least we had a machine in the room. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
