Excellent location with bars and...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the bus staion, 5 minutes to the Mersey and 5 minutes to the famous Cavern Club. It is located down a quiet street , staff were very friendly and checking in was quick and easy. The room was windowless but I knew that when I booked. The room itself was a decent size, double bed was comfortable, en-suite was clean and the shower was good. The one issue is that to get to your rooms it is a little like running a maze as the layout of the hotel is a little crazy. Not really an issue but someone with mobility issues may struggle for example to have gotten to the room I was staying in. There are also a good variety of bars and restaurants around the immediate area to suit all tastes. There is also good transport links just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I was very impressed and have booked a further stay at the hotel for later this year.

Liked: Perfect for exploring the centre of Liverpool including the docks and museums. Close to shops and food places.
Disliked: There was nowhere to store or hang clothes.The pillow was flat and only one per bed so couldn't really sit up in bed watching tv.
