Disliked: Hotel is in a mess with a lot of construction they should not be booking until they are finished I stayed one night and they promised me they will refund the second night I have not seen the refund yet

Liked: Din not stay at this property because it was under renovation.

They need new mattresses!

Disliked: The bed was awful. Woke up both morning’s with my hips killing me.

Not safe for single travelers.

Liked: Desk attendant was attentive.
Disliked: Deadbolts do not work on doors. Internal door frames show damage from being forced open and yet none of the dead bolts work. I asked to be loved from the first room after having the attendant try the dead bolt without success as I could not get it to work. The second room also had damage around the inner frame and no working dead bolt. Out side doors to property have signs saying propping them open in dangerous and the morning attendant let me know he did indeed catch someone doing just that during the night. This is not the best area of Tulsa so the lack of locking doors is concerning as well as the lack of concern from the workers.
