Liked: The location of the check-in desk was awkward and confusing upon entry. There was no one around to assist at first. No signage was noted to give directions... or I didn't see it if it did exist.The staff was friendly, however. There was a plumbing problem the last night of my stay, but they moved me across the hall, which was convenient. My original room was small and somewhat cramped compared to other hotels that charge similar rates. The valet service was very nice, which made for a less hectic, burdensome way of leaving and retrieving my vehicle. Overall, It was a fairly decent experience. My tone might be clouded by the fact that I was in town for a funeral, but I was hoping that the hotel would at least be a respite. It was not, unfortunately.

A boutique hotel worthy of...

Liked: The art deco of the entire building is so beautiful!! The staff was Extremely friendly and super clean!! Moreover, the history of the building & art deco was worthy of the stay..I'd say it's boutique hotel/ museum and worthy of coming back..
Disliked: Nothing, loved it all of it!!
