Exceptional

Liked: Fabulous staff and just a lovely place to stay. The Green Lady Bar food was delicious and good value. If you get the chance to do the Ghost tour there, do it! We loved it! We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Creepy atmosphere, okay for one...

Liked: The location and atmosphere was really Nice. Unfortunately there was a renovation going on so that took away a little bit of magic. Staff was lovely and room was okay, for the price it was more than good
Disliked: The rooms are outdated and look dirty. There were strange noises all night long, if it was the ghost well that was funny, but im afraid it was just old pipes.

Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: It’s a beautifully restored castle in the Highlands of Scotland! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to stay in a real castle.
Disliked: The beds were not very comfortable.

Really disappointing

Liked: Nice building very clean
Disliked: Despite assurances that electric charging was available nearby it was a 25 minute walk uphill. No apology far less, an offer of a lift. Breakfast was awful, coissants stale, coffee rank, bacon microwaved. No glasses in the room for water.Shower pathetic pressure, drip at best.Really disappointing

Liked: When we arrived the young man at reception was extremely helpful and professional.We were very lucky because of a double booking we got our room which was meant to be a cosy double upgraded to The Oak Suite!Incredible upgrade to one of the top suites.The food in the bar and the young lady serving was exceptional.Thank you.
