Disliked: 1. No hot water in the shower - room 241. The basin water was fine but the shower seem to be regulated and was not warm enough for me so I couldn't complete my shower.2. When I went for breakfast the lady said I was not booked for breakfast

Very good

Liked: The size of the room was very spacious and the bed was big enough and very comfortable.There is a working jacuzzi in the bathroom.
Disliked: The cleanliness under the bed is not there. The electric sockets don't have usb ports.

Great value

Liked: Our room was lovely, big , clean, massive bath and showerBed very comfortable Value for money
Disliked: Evening food was poor quality especially considering price.. if staying suggest you eat elsewhere. I told reception checking out without any response. No robes provided to use leisure facilities so maybe bring out. Pool area didn't provide shampoo and shower gel so went back to room. Tv channels basic, no Netflix option. No nice bar area, more restaurant. All this aside for price i would still stay again but just prepare more for above
